• You have authority to bind your organization if signing up on behalf of a company

TribeBot provides:

• Async Standups: Automated daily check-ins via Telegram
• Team Dashboard: Web interface for managing standups and viewing responses
• Analytics: Participation rates, response times, and blocker tracking
• Scheduling: Customizable standup schedules with timezone support

3.1 Account Creation

You sign in using your Telegram account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your Telegram account secure
• Notify us of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Organizations

When creating an organization:

• You become the organization administrator
• You can invite team members to join
• You are responsible for managing user access and permissions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Harass or spam other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

5.1 Free Tier

The free tier includes up to 5 users per organization with basic features.

5.2 Paid Plans

Premium features may require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• Pricing is subject to change with notice

All content, features, and functionality are owned by tribe.az and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our software
• Reverse engineer the Service
• Remove any proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks without permission

Your standup responses and organization data belong to you. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all content you submit.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for third-party services or integrations

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Fail to pay applicable fees

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in courts of competent jurisdiction.
